West Palm Beach, FL (June 8, 2016) — Kids’ Dreams assisted Sarah Van Roekel of Boynton Beach High School to follow her academic pursuits. Ranked number one in her class, Van Roekel received a scholarship to study marine organisms this summer in Bonaire. Kids’ Dreams assisted Van Roekel with her tuition for the program, helping her fulfill her dreams.
Sarah Van Roekel is an exceptional student in the field of science, receiving a perfect score on the Florida Department of Education FCAT Science Test and attending the Medical Academy at Boynton Beach Community High School. Her study trip is hosted by CIEE, Council on International Educational Exchange, and the program comprises a three-week stay on the southeastern Caribbean island of Bonaire. Students are engaged in open-water scuba diving in the coral reefs of the southern Caribbean, on-site biology and ecology courses designed by a US AP Science instructor, interaction with other advanced students from across the country and exploration of the culture and history of Bonaire.
