Co-Founder, President and Director
Mrs. Lebow is the Managing Partner of the West Palm Beach office of Broad and Cassel. She received her undergraduate degree in Journalism from Boston University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami. Mrs. Lebow holds the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is listed by Woodward and White as one of the Best Lawyers in America. She is also listed in Chambers USA as among America’s Leading Lawyers for Business; she is a South Florida CEO Power Player, one of South Florida’s Legal Elite (“Florida Trend” magazine), one of Florida’s Top Lawyers (“South Florida Legal Guide”), and one of Florida’s Super Lawyers (“Law and Politics Magazine”). She has also received the Sun-Sentinel Excalibur Award and the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches’ “Women in Leadership Award.” Mrs. Lebow has a long history of serving her community on numerous charity boards as well as the first female president of the Economic Council. She currently serves as a board member of the PBBDB and Temple Emanue-El.
Mr. Cass is a CPA with over 30 years of public accounting experience in auditing, taxation, and consulting services. He has a B.S. in accounting from Syracuse University and a MBA from New York University. He received the Service award by New York University Graduate School- Business Administration. Mr. Cass is also the winner of the "Jeffrey R. Salins Report Writing Award" by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Mr. Cass has an active interest in charitable and non-profit organizations. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also served as president of Meyer Academy and he is currently serving as a Board member of the Palm Beach County Education Foundation and the Palm Beach County Business Development Board, where he is also on the Board of Advisors.
Mr. Comiter is the senior partner of Comiter, Singer, Baseman & Braun, LLP, a Florida regional tax law firm. Mr. Comiter was awarded a B.S.B.A. with Honors from the University of Florida and earned a M.S.M. in Tax Accounting from Florida International University. Mr. Comiter received his Juris Doctor with Honors and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Levin College of Law and is Chairman of its Planned Giving Task Force.
Mr. Comiter has previously served as President of the Palm Beach/Martin County Estate Planning Council and the Palm Beach County Tax Institute. He is a Past-President of the Jewish Community Center of the Greater Palm Beaches, a member of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County and a Past-Chair of its Professional Advisory Committee. Mr. Comiter previously served as the Regional Vice-President and member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants.
Treasurer and Director
Mr. DiSalvo’s has a B.S. in accounting from the State University of New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Florida licensed real estate broker and mortgage broker. He serves as managing director of DiSalvo Financial Services and has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate business. Mr. DiSalvo has taken an active interest and leadership role in many charitable and non-profit organizations. He served as a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Healthcare District of Palm Beach County. He is a member of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, a member of the Board of Directors for Lakeside Regional Medical Center, and Chair of the Healthcare District Construction Oversight Board. Mr. DiSalvo has also served on the boards of Kiwanis and the Boys and Girls Club.
Mr. Gauger is the Chief Deputy of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office. In this capacity, he serves as the Senior Executive Staff Officer for the Department of Law Enforcement Operations and Corrections. He is a distinguished honor graduate of Barry University, with a Master in Social Work. Additionally, he is a graduate of the 81st Session, Southern Police Institute, University of Louisville, Kentucky, Administrative Officer’s Course, as well as a 1996 Alumnus of Leadership Palm Beach County.
Ms. Amanda Lebow
Vice President and Director
Ms. Lebow grew up in Palm Beach, Florida, and graduated from Deerfield Academy and the University of Richmond. She currently lives in Los Angeles and is an Agent with Creative Artist Agency (CAA). She brings the perspective of youth to the Board and has a special interest in aiding non-profit organizations.
Secretary and Director
Mr. Levey is a graduate of the Connecticut Police Academy, the U.S. Army Military Police School, and the Reid School of Interviewing and Investigation. Prior to joining Broad and Cassel as Office Manager and paralegal/investigator of the West Palm Beach Office, Mr. Levey had an 18-year career in law enforcement in which he conducted hundreds of civil and criminal investigations. His investigative experience earned him Letters of Commendation from The New York State Police, the Department of the Army, the Woodbridge, CT Police Department, the South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority Police, and the New Haven Fire Department. Mr. Levey is a member of both the National Association of Legal Investigators and the National Association of Security and Investigative Specialists and is an Accredited Legal Investigator. Mr. Levey has served three terms as President of the South Florida Investigators Association and is a past director of Region III of the National Association of Legal Investigators. He was recently awarded the 2010 Commissioner’s Award by the Florida Association of Private Investigator’s Inc.
Mr. Longwater is a Vice President and private financial advisor at SunTrust Investment Services in Palm Beach. He specializes in offering comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to business owners, executives and other individuals in the community. Prior to joining SunTrust, Mr. Longwater was with Charles Schwab.
Vice President, Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Secretary
Ms. Miller has a B.A. from The Ohio State University and a J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law. She has been practicing law since her admission to The Florida Bar in 1979. Ms. Miller has an active interest in charitable and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Tenenbaum holds a B.S. in athletic training, an M.S. in physiology, an M.S. in physical therapy, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University. He is the co-owner of Tenenbaum and Sullivan, Inc., a rehabilitation and wellness facility in Palm Beach providing therapy to children and adults who have suffered injuries. His background includes positions as a partner in Fitness Forum, a rehabilitation company based in Syracuse, New York; Director of Rehabilitation at Palms West Hospital; and Director of Physical Therapy at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Mr. Tenenbaum has an interest in aiding non-profit organizations to make a positive impact on the lives of children in his community.
Mr. Lebow co-founded Kids’ Dreams with his wife, Patricia. Mr. Lebow was known for his generosity and philanthropy.He achieved the status of Founder at many institutions including the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts; Mount Sinai Medical Center Miami, Israel Tennis Centers; and the University of Richmond, at which he endowed a family scholarship to help students in need, in keeping with the mission of Kids' Dreams. Mr. Lebow was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He was President of Alan Lebow, Inc., a well-known manufacturer of high quality men's clothing. The Alan Awards for Excellence in Shakespeare was created in his honor by Kids' Dreams as a permanent endowment to perpetuate his love of Shakespeare.
